A 3-day 2-night $299 tour includes accommodations for two in an on-island cottage or villa, with unlimited access to our fitness center, two swimming pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, and both our Clubhouse and River Club.  A $50 gift certificate for dining is included, along with your choice of activities including golf and tennis.  If your wish to experience our new fitness center, we’ll sign you up for a session or class.  Try a guided kayak excursion around the island or a carriage or a walking tour of nearby Beaufort. Additional nights may be available for $100 per night.

 Additionally, while on your Discovery Visit you will receive a personalized real estate tour of the outstanding homes, home sites, and amenities our Lowcountry island community has to offer.  All arrangements are on a first-come, first-served basis. We suggest registering well in advance. The 1-day visit is for visitors to the area. We can arrange access to appropriate activities and amenities as well as a personalized tour of available properties.
