Essentially you may be able to get a new custom home at a fraction of building new, especially with building costs spiraling upwards.  The Salt Marsh Group offers cost effective major home renovations, as well as smaller remodeling projects.  Our trio of residents will help you find the right property, provide design consultation for the project and perform the construction. 

The Salt Marsh Group is in the final stages of a major home renovation, recently completed five major bathroom renovations, and are in discussion on several other projects including a new garage with guest suite above.  We are happy to provide references.  

Major Renovation of 115 Winding Oak Drive is in its final stages.  The outside has been changed from a dated tabby home to a Lowcountry cottage highlighted with board and batten siding, metal accent roofs, hog-fence foundation venting, and bright cottage shutters; brick steps have replaced the wooden front steps.  The small screened porch on the side was enclosed to form a Carolina room with great views looking out over the lake and golf course. Inside, the home was totally gutted creating an open floorplan with liberally applied shiplap and extra-tall wainscoting.  Each bedroom now has its own private bath.  The kitchen and laundry have all new appliances, cabinets, and countertops. Access to the suite above the garage no longer requires going  through the garage.
